Director, Integrated Marketing

We're seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing for a great opportunity with our Fortune 500 Retail client!

In this role you will be responsible for leading the creation of differentiated marketing strategies that drive sales and keep the brand competitive and beloved by clients. As well as building cross-channel campaigns to deliver business objectives, working across all cross functional departments including creative, merchandising, and digital marketing. This role will oversee and manager 6+ employees.

Here's what you will do!

Marketing and Campaign Development
• Help define and articulate a unique approach to marketing
• Act as a storytelling expert developing campaign messages for categories, brands and individual products that can be translated across stores and digital channels to attract, compel, and inform clients
• Lead 360 campaign development leveraging client insights, articulating business success metrics, and implementing marketing tactics to meet our goals
• Ensure all major merchandising initiatives are properly supported by marketing

Brand Management
• Lead team to partner with brands to build full 360 degree marketing plans to help drive awareness and sales using levers including but not limited to stores/animations, advertising, online marketing, social media, and sampling/promotions
• Identify and create unique marketing programs that can be implemented for an individual brand or across multiple brands
• Build creative marketing outlets to fuel small, emerging brand growth with limited budget

Loyalty Program
• Oversee procurement and management of sampling and promotional plans for brands
• Utilize data to make recommendations and sell brands on continued investment, while also thinking about how to optimize sampling
