The industry has recognized us but to get to the next level we need your help. We are looking for true all-stars with a passion for Community marketing to help us build out our world class marketing organization. The Team is looking for a rock star marketer who’s dynamic, creative, and has a track record for motivating sales with collaborative marketing programs. This stellar marketer has great experience, developing programs that build brand awareness and grow revenue within the customer base through individual campaigns, cross-sell and add-on activity.

Here’s what you’d be doing:
● Work with the industry’s most respected sales team to develop collaborative programs that help find new buyers and cross-sell into existing accounts within the enterprise, small and mid-size business segments
● Work with product marketing to translate product goals and objectives into actionable integrated marketing plans that deliver results within large enterprise, small and mid-size accounts NOTE: campaigns doesn’t work with product management. we need product marketing to do that work.
● Work closely with the entire marketing team (creative, writers, online, events, PR, campaign analytics, etc) to ensure high quality and timely campaign execution.
● Define integrated, effective programs – internally and externally – to meet pipeline and revenue objectives
● Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas, innovative campaigns for our install base and net new communities via several mediums
● Develop programs that are relevant at the right time and right place to mature existing pipeline to accelerate sales closure
● Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results.
● Develop reporting frameworks for clear communication with sales and marketing leaders on a global level to share performance trends and overall pipeline contribution
● Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Experience/Skills Required or Desired
● Bachelor degree from a 4 year college/university
● MBA a plus (but we love smart people who really love to innovate and get things done)
● 7-10 years marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns ( ie. email, direct mail, print, online and /or social media)
● Experience marketing to enterprise companies and proven track record with high touch marketing tactics a plus
● 5+ years experience managing and developing new marketing programs
● 5+ years experience driving demand and pipeline for the programs
● 5+ years experience partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results
● Past experience in using salesforce and/or other marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.
● High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
● Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing
● Need to roll up your sleeves and deliver results
● Track record for delivering under tight deadlines
● Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success
● Strong communication skills including story telling with PowerPoint, data crunching with Excel, use of salesforce.com, etc.
