We are seeking a Director, Customer Experience for one of our valued clients. The right candidate will have 7-10 yrs of experience. Direct marketing experience a must.

The Senior Director within the Strategy group will contribute to the strategic marketing direction for our clients, based on company objectives, data-driven customer insights, and competitive assessments. He/she must be a subject matter expert in consumer-centric marketing. This role requires an exceptionally motivated and passionate individual who is highly driven, talented, and hardworking and who wants to be rewarded for creating significant growth.

The candidate will:

· Help secure customer mindshare through relevant messaging, compelling interaction and positive, expanding relationships

· Help develop plans for customer journey using marketing touchpoints and engagement channels

· Drive innovation and thought leadership on how to leverage new channels, tools, partnerships and other areas to drive greater success
