Director, Creative & Branding

Our top retail and real estate development client is looking for a new Director of Creative & Branding. This client owns and operates best-in-class retail properties that provide an outstanding environment and experience for our Communities, Retailers, Employees, Consumers and Shareholders.

This position will direct the development of client’s marketing brand and creative strategy that will enhance the messaging, positioning and relevance of the client’s portfolio and consumer identity which will drive awareness, competitive differentiation, and consumer traffic and top-line revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be in charge of directing and managing advertising, creative, web design, host and maintenance services/agencies, as well as contribute to Strategy, Creative, Implementation, and Budget

Other duties will include:

Working with the VP of Creative on Creative and Branding with the creation of high-level multichannel marketing campaigns, multichannel advertising, customer lifecycle, as they relate to brand recognition, revenue growth, visual identity, marketing strategy and financial goals

Partner with consumer insights team to spot and analyze branding trends that create consumer traffic

Identify and establish a cadence of measuring brand management KPIs and tracking metrics

Build and provide leadership and direction to the creative team

Partnering with the retailer productivity team to generate feedback and strategic direction that drives customer loyalty and increases the long term customer value to company

Identify key learning needs within the marketing organization and procure training resources to develop internal brand management capabilities
