A successful, national brand and design agency in Melbourne is now seeking a highly skilled individual to lead and inspire a team of creative minds, additional to managing exiting stakeholder and new business relationships.

Located in Melbourne's south suburbs, an existing Director role is now available for a creative "suit" that holds previous brand & design agency experience, preferably across mix of both; consumer and corporate clients.

Reporting into the General Manager and liaising closely with the Managing Director, the successful Director will oversee a team of up to five junior staff members, whilst overseeing all creative concepts for major brands.

Professionally, this particular agency will nurture and develop your creative ideas with regular training and group meetings, whilst providing ongoing industry training to keep you up to date with emerging trends across brand & design in Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a brand portfolio across property, retail and FMCG brands
Develop TTL campaigns across print, web and TV and digital
Develop strategic directions and solutions for client briefs
Provide strategic input across all media channels/outlets
Manage creative concepts and presentations for all briefs
Liaise closely with internal studio team
Develop all data reports and present these to the client
Update project plans and workbooks when requires
Manage stakeholder expectations
Show organisational consistency across all written briefs/proposals
Update the account service team forecasts
International travel when required

The ideal Director will be tertiary qualified across advertising/ brand disciplines and hold 5-8+ years industry experience, preferably within an agency.
