Director- Digital Marketing

Our client has an immediate need for a Director of Digital Marketing! This is a key leadership member of the company's Global Digital Marketing team and will be highly motivated to build innovative, global digital experiences and program with the company's consumer in mind. As the Director, your primary goal will be to develop strategies for iconic brands as well as launch new brands digitally across the globe. You will lead the development and sell in digital strategies that utilize site, social and mobile.


This role reports to and partners with the VP of Digital Marketing. The success of this role will be measured based on the ability to translate business goals into compelling, ground breaking digital campaigns that drive engagement and sales (retail or online). The position requires strong partnership and prioritization skills to manage internal stakeholders expectations, a great working knowledge ofoverall digital marketing (web, mobile, social, media) mesasurement, consumer insights and a baseline understanding of interactive production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop holistic digital strategies for iconic brands

  • Lead agencies to create break through marketing campaigns that activate multiple digital channels

    including social, mobile, site, digital media and marketing apps to drive brand goals.

  • Work with regional teams across EU, LAM, Asia Pac and North America to sell in global strategies and

    determine the appropriate market customizations for success with consumers.

  • Leverage analytics to drive inspire data driven programs with focus on developing program KPI,

    measure initial results and use the date to iterate to success.

  • Lead team to partner with Technology and Third Party vendors or agencies to execute against

    strategy and other business priorities, on budget and on time.
