Director -Digital Marketing - eMail Marketing - Will Relocate

This is a complete, full cycle role encompassing demand gen, lead nurturing, compliance, strategy, success metrics, team mentoring and more. This is the primary means of customer communication for this large company, so imagine the possibilities to take this firm to mass scale and automation.

In this position you will:

- Develop and execute measurable demand creation
- Define the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction including lead capture, nurturing via portfolio marketing, and service-level agreements
- Design, assemble and execute nurture flows for both customers and prospects
- Work with teams to create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the automation tool to support lead nurturing programs
- Leverage personalization and the dynamic delivery of content to modularize lead nurturing programs by disqualification reason, persona, product or solution interest, geography and/or industry
- Develop and maintain nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for nurture tracks and KPIs for overall program performance
- Define segmentation criteria to manage lead lists and contact groups for nurture programs
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing automation demand creation activities on the sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
- Educate, Mentor, Lead and Develop a team of driven marketing automation experts
- Coordinate efforts of designers, copywriters, and other cross-functional teams to develop and build nurture flows
- Engage with field marketing, growth & sales leadership to ensure consistent priorities
- Work with web team to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class web experience
- Manage and adhere to budget, goals, KPIs and objectives
- Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast, high-pressure environment with a high degree of grace and strategy

- Provide GREAT Communication of complex ideas and data via written, presentation and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences

You should have:

- 10+ years of B2B experience
- Solid and deep Marketo experience
- 5+ years with a specific focus in email, marketing automation, CRM, &/or computational marketing
- Proven experience creating, implementing and scaling proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.
- Extensive multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation
- Demand type, relative targeting and the B2B buying cycle
- Demand waterfall processes and metrics
- Lead scoring attributes and schematics
- Demand reporting/metrics
- Knowledge of/experience in B2B digital or inbound marketing including:
- Sales force automation
- Web and content marketing
- Social media marketing experience
- SEO/SEM knowledge
- Web analytics and BI tools
- HTML editor
- Experience building and managing a shared demand funnel

- Knowledge and experience with SalesForce.com, Lattice Engines is a plus
- MBA in marketing or related business degree preferred is also a plus
- Brownie points if you have experience working in both private and public organizations
