Direct Sales Executive for Scout

Under general supervision of the Scout’s President and Founder, Sean BIsceglia, you will join a distributed team to implement on-going sales efforts. A successful salesperson will have a great interpersonal skills and direct sales experience in the recruiting industry. A proven track record for closing new business will be essential to success in this position.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in a host of different areas including: experienced sales, understanding of SaaS or HCM technology, exceptional lead generation and pipeline development, as well as channel sales. As Scout employees, we expect you to present yourself as a polished salesperson who is entrepreneurial and treats this job like their own business. This is a role that touches more than one aspect of the organization and requires someone who is extremely driven, can multi-task and finds earning new business rewarding. Experience working in the human capital management space, recruitment or technology is a MUST. If working for a fast paced company and energetic team excite you, this job is perfect for you!

Your responsibilities will include:
• Execute strategic sales tactics to drive new business.
• Embrace calling and prospecting a defined list of existing Taleo Business or Bullhorn users to deploy Scout within their system.
• Call and make connections with director of HR or manager of their ATS system.
• Cold call and communicate with a pre defined list of contacts
• Work with partners sales and support organizations to continue to develop leads and connections to their users.
• Work with SalesForce to build out reports and track the number of leads into accounts.
• Act as an Account Executive to support new clients once on boarded. Building a book of customers to manage from 300-400
