Direct Response Marketing Manager

Assists in and coordinates projects while assisting Snr. Direct Marketing Manager.

Develops work plans including schedules and cost estimates for direct response projects and writes creative brief that guides projects.
Vendor contact for fulfillment and invoicing.
Opens and closes jobs, tracks invoices, tracks job status.

Someone who can manage complex project implementation of Direct Marketing campaigns, including communication development and distribution of materials in all channels (direct mail, email, automated calls).

MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A REGULATED, FAST PACED, COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED, ABLE TO MULTI-TASK, ABILITY TO WRITE PROJECT BRIEFS AND UNDERSTAND CAMPAIGN WITH MINIMAL GUIDANCE FROM MANAGERS.

Perform quantitative analysis of campaign results and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Evaluate performance of campaigns against establish metrics to ensure achievement of strategic and operational goals.

Ensure compliance with brand advertising and CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities Include:
· Provides financial, project management and administrative support to marketing managers.
· Supports manager with department budget with invoice distribution, tracking, and processing,
· Assists managers to track project progress, completion, and issues, ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time.
· Assist in the project plans deliverables, milestones and status reports.
· Ensure that critical campaign elements (TFN’s, URLs, web landing pages, mail/email content, etc.) are accurate, functional and ready when needed so that each campaign delivers on time and tracks performance as anticipated.
· Responsible for printing production oversight of monthly campaigns
· Assists in maintenance of libraries, databases and graphic management logs.
· Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.

Skills Required:
· Excel skills/spreadsheet development
· Highly organized
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
* BA or BS preferred plus 5+ years of marketing or marketing coordination experience ideally within a healthcare company
