Direct Marketing Strategist

If you are looking to have an impact on two critical areas for Talent Marketing in FY16 and want to make a difference in the lives of real candidates, this role is for you.

The role priorities can be tailored to your development needs, but this project-based, strategic role, focuses on two key initiatives:

Critical Talent – Develop strategies and craft experiments around how to identify, connect, and engage with key hiring areas (Product Development, Product Management, Design and Data). You’ll work across the organization, partnering with various business units and recruiting teams to craft ways to tackle this business priority.

Tax Advisory Services – Leverage lifecycle strategies and test new ways of connecting with a set of new candidates and returning agents critical to the success of tax advice services. FY16 will be an even greater tax year with increased hiring and you’ll be working with a high-caliber tax team to ensure that we have the right agents in place to deliver results.

In both initiatives, you’ll have the responsibility to:
Develop strategy and vision for testing direct marketing with identified as well as new targets – will include messaging and candidate research
Execute direct marketing tests to key targets – including creative and list
Assess performance of key tests and recommend next phase of testing and/or implementation of programs based on learning
