Fortune500 Bank seeking experienced Marketing Program Manager in Charlotte, NC. (5-month contract - Full-Time/On-Site hours Mon-Fri)

The Direct Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for direct marketing message and strategy development and implementation.
This position will:
• Lead integration and planning of integrated Demand Generation campaigns
• Be the point of contact for day-to-day activities between Line of Business, Segment and Channel
• Provide consolidated view of drive calendars, steel door dates & performance (single point of contact for Sales)
• Ensure integration across channels and products for greatest efficiencies and best customer experience
• Translate business needs into effective written customer-facing communications
• Effectively use cross-channel learnings/results and apply information to further learning agenda
• Develop capacity management recommendations and manage go/no go decision routines
• Lead the routine and optimize budget in collaboration with Line of Business, segment leads and channels in delivery of plan at ROI targets
• Obtain governance approvals for new cross-channel initiatives
• Communicate product/disclosure changes and compliance requirements to channel teams
• Work with Channel teams to build out campaigns and test plans, oversee execution of campaigns and brief on campaign creative

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing or consulting experience, preferably in a financial services, real estate or relevant consumer-driven industry.
• Direct marketing experience.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems.
• Ability to juggle multiple and conflicting priorities.
• Good relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal business partners and team members.
• Ability to think strategically (“big picture”), but a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and work through the tactics to ensure successful marketing plan execution.
• Motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong PC skills, including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
