Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Direct Mail enthusiast to join their consumer loyalty and retention team.

You have managed complex direct mail and email campaigns, and all that goes with that i.e. budgets/reconcilation, tracking materials, creating tables to keep information aligned, target/segmentation tables.
You understand what 'look up tables' are in direct mail; you are very detail-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment.
You are very project management/process-oriented and thrive in that kind of environment.

They are seeking a contractor with direct marketing experience to help establish these programs and get them up and running across channels.

You’ll work with a group of high-performing, mission-driven marketers who enjoy teamwork, positivity, and creative problem solving to make an impact for their business and communities.

Essential Functions:
• Work closely with supervisor to ideate and articulate proposals for marketing programs. Support supervisor in gathering information and documenting plans, readying for implementation.
• Manage implementation of complex, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns to support key organizational goals.
• Develop and validate ballpark estimates with vendors and internal clients.
• Help develop test strategies.
• Manage creative development and review process: coordinate editing process with internal and external partners and stakeholders. Resolve competing input and recommend positive, mutually satisfying options that move work forward.
• Work with internal team to request and manage data requests. Ensure marketing lists are accurate to campaign and reporting needs; proactively identify risks and optimize processes when necessary to ensure successful executions.
• Routinely organize workgroups, leads meetings and presents to internal audiences.

Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with analytical ideas and teams.
• Knowledge of direct marketing principles and how to influence consumer behavior programs across channels.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and reporting variances.
• Demonstrates grace under pressure.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude and sense of humor.

Experience:
• Minimum two (2) years of experience developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels in an agency or corporate marketing environment.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required
