Our client’s Talent Marketing organization is currently conducting a search for a Direct Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Senior Direct Marketing Manager. This position is part of a Talent Marketing & Offerings (TMO) team producing and supporting talent services. This member will work closely with a variety of partners including recruiters, product management, project managers and other marketing teammates.

As a key member of the TMO team, this individual will own the day-to-day management and reporting for a variety of direct marketing campaigns. Additionally, this individual will leverage data and insights to help support experiments and testing in developing new direct marketing initiatives. This role requires that you have the ability to learn quickly, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and be unafraid to identify opportunities and embrace challenges.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Own and manage the creation, launch, and report generation for direct marketing campaigns
• Use data to develop core insights to work with the team to employ a hypothesis driven approach to turn customer insights into actionable business, and marketing requirements for rapid in-market testing (experiments)
• Help teams across the organization with campaign guidance, as well as copywriting and creative resourcing

Skills & Experience required:
• Energetic and inquisitive quick learner
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output; keen eye with zero error rate
• Process orientation with an ability to project manage, take ownership and follow written procedures
• Numbers oriented – good looking at data and coming to conclusions
• Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
• Interest in learning direct marketing – marketing strategy, customer insights and behaviors, analytics
• Desire to run tests via rapid experimentation
• Sufficient communication skills to write publication, web and ad copy, and to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues
• Creative design and copy writing experience a bonus
