Direct Marketing is a channel-agnostic, data-driven form of marketing, with a primary emphasis on targeted messaging, customer segmentation, and quantitative campaign results. The Direct Marketing group is responsible for developing and implementing targeted direct response marketing strategies to support business line growth objectives nationally. The Customer Loyalty and Retention team focuses on retaining current members as well as reacquiring former members and supporting members through product or plan changes. The Marketing Coordinator will provide support across these Customer Loyalty & Retention campaigns. They will assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day campaign management as well as new development across all channels (IVR, direct mail, email, online). The Coordinator will need to be flexible, detail-oriented and have impeccable time-management skills as they will be assisting the marketing manager with complex, process-driven, compliance-sensitive project work. Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day campaign management as well as new development across all channels (IVR, direct mail, email, online). Assist with implementing project plans and all aspects of executing against these plans Manage monthly execution of campaigns, including lookout tables, managing print production and email/call test reviews, Develop and manage schedules in order and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met. Work closely with clients to ensure deadlines and needs are being met Tracks invoices, keeps logs of expenses and processes paperwork for timely approval. Reviews campaign reports regularly and share learnings with Marketing Managers. Excellent critical thinking, writing, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects. Detail-oriented with interest in direct response, project management and strengths in problem solving.
