Major responsibilities and duties: Define, design and recommend direct marketing circulation plans and contact strategy, based on the marketing goals of the GIS Brand. This position will act in a support role to provide data analysis and reporting to assure that the number of marketing touches (across channel and across campaign) achieves the financial and marketing goals set forth by the GIS Brand.Develop holistic circulation plan and contact strategy across direct mail and e-channels

Work with Analytics and Finance to prepare complete post-analysis of each mailing including response, sales, test results, and profitability.
Four year degree or equivalent in a business curriculum preferably statistics or marketing (emphasis in analytics)
2 or more years experience in marketing environment including marketing analytics, customer segmentation analysis, circulation planning, list selection, forecasting, database management and marketing plan development.
Thorough knowledge of direct marketing metrics
Demonstrated knowledge in developing, executing and analyzing marketing programs
Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills which allow for working with multiple levels of management across the organization.
Ideal candidate will have solid work experience in data analysis with a strong analytical background
A background in statistical analysis or math is a plus
