Direct Marketer

•Perform functional preparation, testing and validation of customer mail templates
•Setup customer mail campaigns in Word and Sharepoint tool, including preparing segmented direct mail based on customer lists
•Perform qualitative address data analysis in Excel to determine customer segmentation and usability of address data
•Prepare print ready files (PDF) using mail merge (Word) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
•Edit mail campaign templates to ensure all requirements are captured and templates are optimized for print production and mailing cost efficiencies
•End to end project manage customer mail campaigns via Sharepoint tool
•Assist in creating and updating specification documents or processes
•Utilize marketing tools and methods to support business needs

•Monitor on-going post-provisioning and regulatory required customer facing print notification programs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
•At least one-year prior experience in online/offline marketing management, marketing operations, testing, and/or technology
•Strong grasp of data models, data flows, and application of data to customer mailing programs •Working knowledge of Sharepoint lists and workflows
•Strong vendor management skills
•Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
•Working knowledge/experience with testing / audit processes
•Understanding marketing processes and marketing assets
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•Familiarity with customer mailing processes, data hygiene, branding
•Familiarity with SAP, budgeting, invoicing, requisitioning
•High proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications, especially with Excel and Word as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro
•Bachelor’s degree required
