Digital/eComm Associate Brand Manager

We are looking for Digital/eComm Associate Brand Manager for a Fortune 500 retailer in Seattle, WA.

This person will be responsible for the updating/refreshing the current eComm site and managing content for web experience. They will also be responsible for managing 100s of new SKUs for Holiday season.

MUST HAVES:
- +1 year of project coordination experience
- +2 years of eCommerce marketing experience - promotion, calendar management, advertising, email campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics/tracking
- +1 year of content management

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
• Assists in the re-launch of new ecommerce sites in the form of: assessing content needs; aggregating, sourcing and organizing content; vetting content with internal legal and digital marketing teams; managing external vendors to manage content creation (Design/copywriting/translation) and deployment; and more.
• Assists team in launching seasonal promotions in the form of: assessing product breadth, sourcing samples, sourcing content from external vendors, working with external vendor to set up and launch content, set up and launch promotions, and more.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure marketing and communication initiatives are aligned with the global brand strategic direction.
• Manages project timelines to deliver products and programs.
• Serves as primary day-to-day contact with agency project manager for assigned projects.
• Prepares written communication materials such as creative & project briefs, workbook content, meeting recaps and project recommendations.
• Works with cross-functional partners to ensure the best available costs, terms and quality.
• Fosters cross-functional relationships with multiple business units, partners and customers.
• Creates and implements tools to drive consistent brand experience across channels, markets and product lines.

Summary of Experience:
Project management experience: 2 years.
Ecommerce, content and marketing promotion execution: 2 years.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Functional ecommerce and promotional marketing expertise a plus.
Progressive experience in multi-faceted project execution.
Communications planning and brand management.
Strong communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams.
Consistently uses communications and presentation skills to influence outcomes.
Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion.
Problem solving and creative thinking: Ability to think creatively.
Ability to problem solve and drive towards resolution.
Ability to evaluate creative and marketing programs against strategy.
Analytical skills: Solid analytical and measurement/tracking skills.
Conduct analysis and present data and findings clearly, concisely and accurately.
