Digital/Interactive Project Managers

The Digital Producer/Interactive Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful execution of a wide variety of assigned interactive initiatives which includes: large online banner buys with standard and rich executions, website and landing page development and website and landing page maintenance projects. Other projects to manage could include: emails, mobile & iPhone applications, Facebook pages & widgets. S/he is responsible for managing the delivery of project deliverables on-time, and on budget, while meeting client expectations and ensuring that project standards are enforced.

Superior communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. The ideal candidate has a strong project management skill set including: vendor and resource management, scope definition, requirements documentation, scheduling and forecasting, task and delivery management, risk identification and team building.

Ideal candidate is versed and up-to-date on all interactive technologies, has the ability to assist creative and development resources with ideas and solutions. Ability to transition development projects in and out of house. Candidates with a strong technical back ground, print and/or broadcast experience is a plus.

Understanding and working knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project required. Four (4) years of related experience/training and a Bachelor's degree are preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

* Experienced at scheduling, resource management, budgeting, scope definition and specification writing

* Strong skill set with vendor relationships, management and budgets

* Collaboratively work with project stakeholders and/or vendors to determine and document project objectives, requirements and specifications necessary to establish project scope

* Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables; provide timely feedback, information and direction to teams while diplomatically managing expectations

* Maintain and effectively apply a strong knowledge of technologies and implementation considerations related to the delivery and operations of print based solutions in a team environment

* Work with cross-functional, multi-project resources to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and in-line with client expectations

* Ability to read traffic sheet with Media Group and Account to determine the number of creative executions

* Ability to read traffic sheet and determine LCD in order to develop the build specifications

* Builds positive professional relationships with clients and project teams

* Understands and effectively applies standard quality management processes

* Ensure that issues and risks are captured, documented, managed, escalated and resolved in a timely and effective manner

* Provides process definition and the ability to define solutions that effectively deliver measurable results for the client
