Our client is a large bank located in NYC and has asked for Aquent's help in identifying a DIGITAL WEB PRODUCER for a CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT.

Must have corporate/agency/financial experience! This is roughly a 6 month engagement onsite in NYC. 5 years experience in digital production preferred. Background check and drug screen required prior to placement.

The Digital Web Producer will be responsible for the design, development and successful implementation of digital executions supporting the marketing strategies of the bank in North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

In this role you will assist in the development and execution of digital marketing activities, working with global and regional marketing teams, to deliver effective and timely website and digital tools. Working closely with client technology teams, as well as external agencies, you will assist in the development and implementation of digital media, event sites, videos, branded infographics, and other digital creative. Strong project management, prioritization and execution skills will be critical to success in this fast paced global environment.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Expertise - digital marketing and communication execution expertise to enable effective engagement with our target audience of clients, prospects, influencers, consultants and industry commentators, and propel this audience to regularly connect, consume and virally promote our messages and content to their network with positive endorsement. Be experienced in digital marketing best practice in the B2B space (from emails to micro-blogging, SMS alerts and the distribution of infographics, e-zines, etc. and web portal performance optimization).

CTS Web Portal Management – responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the content for the public domain web portals (including webinar channels, eSource centers and CTS website) and links to corporate websites, blogs, broadcast centers and work in partnership with Social Media Marketer to ensure a healthy and growing flow of connections across channels with our target audience. Institute a process to ensure content is topical, relevant and up to date; and proactively managed where key pages are search engine optimized, and there is personalization of engagement with visitors to our sites.

Production - manage production schedules for content, functional and technical updates in partnership with Technology, Corporate Communications and agencies.

Digital Marketing Programs & Initiatives – contribute to new ideas and business cases to grow and enhance each digital channel, actively seeking to implement digital best practices to optimize digital marketing programs, eg. the flow of digital advertising, QR codes and other paid media links as well as tweets/blogs to our digital portals for content fulfillment and engagement via our social channels or by our client sales managers. Connect above the line, below the line and online campaigns (including conference and event participation) for a seamless client interaction experience, and to enable intelligence gathering and augment lead generation.

Digital Analytics – collect and analyze web analytics and report on digital and cross-channel effectiveness, user experience and overall ROI on digital campaigns and processes. Synthesize results and identify actionable opportunities, working in partnership with Marketing Managers to establish best practices and improve digital marketing across the board.


Skills and Qualifications

The right candidate will be highly organized, tech savvy, with demonstrated ability to deliver on shared goals and commitments. The candidate needs to have excellent technical and communication skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with both business and technology partners. As an expert in his/her field this individual will bring a can-do attitude to problem solving in a challenging, time constrained environment, in order to take digital marketing to the next level across the team.

• degree in marketing or related area

• domain expertise in digital channels, technologies and related reporting and analytical tools. eg. Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics, HTML/Flash coding. Serve as online marketing SME.

• proven expertise in key digital disciplines/platforms including creative and technical website development, user experience expertise, SEO, mobile, email/CRM, and social media marketing.

• 5 years in digital or eCommerce marketing in a B2B environment, some background in financial services highly regarded.
