Digital Visual Merchandising Publishing Specialist

The Ad Operations team is the lead contact for ad delivery of online advertising campaigns for vendors and internal teams. The team leverages technology and tools to improve conversion and build internal capabilities to maximize results for vendor/client objectives. The Ad Operations team ensures all program deliverables meet site feasibility and accessibility requirements prior to launch in compliance with Client's brand standards. The team provides ongoing ownership and the evolution of CMS, Ad Server and other media tools needed to support and drive DVM program results. The Ad Operations team works with a group of internal and external agency partners and third party partners to deliver a superior guest experience.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use your skills, experience and talents to be part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As Program Management Specialist, you’ll take the lead as you:

• Partner closely with DVM Account Management to understand vendor strategic priorities and program goals to recommend the appropriate technical solution for the execution plan.
• Develop strong partnerships and interact frequently with partners in Digital Experience Design, Site Merchandising and tech teams (BOS and TTS) to maximize resources to drive issue resolution, technology requests and prioritize new development.
• Use business processes and systems, industry knowledge, and best practices to ensure site stability and approved template use for programs.
• Drive program optimization by developing solutions to test, execute and evaluate with the goal of improving guest engagement and conversion.
• Effectively present, communicate and manage expectations regarding project handoff requirements, statuses, and key decisions within project teams.
• Partner with New Business and Account Management to drive innovation, new revenue strategies and support risk taking to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide hosting recommendation for optimal program performance.
• Provides final UAT approval for all program launches and new product capabilities.
• Lead issue resolution with partner teams on programs post-launch.
• Communicate site wide changes that could impact DVM programs, products, work plan and guest experience.


REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Works closely with many areas of the business including our Client's website Digital Experience Design, Site Merchandising, BOS & TTS. Other internal partnerships include DVM Account Management team, New Business Development, Account Executive team, Merchandising, Brands and Legal. External partnerships include external vendors and agency partners.
This position reports to the Ad Operations Manager or Ad Operations Sr. Specialist.
