Digital Trafficker

Our client is currently seeking a digital trafficker to join their ever growing creative team. An understanding of the wider digital marketing mix would be preferable as well as some experience in training others on the trafficking process.


Setting up of media plans in the adserving system based on approved schedules

Provide technical support to the digital marketing and design and development teams

Trafficking and QA of all display campaigns

Liaising with external providers of assets and publishers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to spec

Monitoring and optimization of campaigns to target ROI

Contribute to reports and analysis of client’s campaigns

Ensuring best rates are negotiated for adserving fees and services

Contribute to the creative process with recommendations on ad formats and capabilities


Proven track record in Ad Operations with at least 2 years experience

Extensive experience with the Mediamind (formerly Eyeblaster) online adserving solution – including Channel Connect 4 Search

Exposure to other adservers such as Flashtalking, DFA and Adform

Experience in trafficking both standard and rich media banner campaigns

Be able to assist with the implementation of conversion tracking tags on all levels

Comfortable with dealing with clients directly if required

Problem solving and project management skills

The right candidate will need to be a team player and willing to educate other members of the agency on how the trafficking process works and how it is to be used to best effect.
