POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Digital Traffic Manager who is a well-organized individual to manage day-to-day project tracking and coordination, working with our team of project managers, developers, designers, and copywriters to ensure all project tasks are properly entered, tracked and scheduled. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring seamless coverage of workload across all brands through active daily monitoring and coordination with team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates, assigns and oversees the flow of project tasks
• Creates and tracks overall team production schedule to ensure projects are on time
• Frequent check-ins with all resource staff and project managers to keep them informed on assignments, schedules, status updates, vacations, etc
• Ensures that team members have all project information and files needed to complete assigned tasks
• Diplomatically enforces deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
• Reports weekly team workload status to manager, maintaining a clear picture of team capacity and workload. Anticipates and provides early warning for periods when workload may surpass capacity and additional resources are required
• Works with project management team to monitor quality of work that flows back and forth between team members
• Maintains team project list and deliver reports to senior management team that outlines project volume versus team capacity/workloads
• Assists with maintenance and archiving of project files
• Helps team members with any procedures relating to traffic and production.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 to 5 years experience in traffic management in an advertising agency or in-house agency environment
• Experience and knowledge of the digital space and workflow within digital project
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects tasks with changing requirements
• Able to handle routine issues independently and know when to escalate as needed
• Knowledge of Basecamp, Jira, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; plus the willingness to learn new software and management tools as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and traffic multiple project tasks and demands to ensure efficient and effective project completion
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Design software knowledge preferred (i.e. Photoshop)
• Knowledge of the Mac platform is a plus as well as JIRA and Basecamp
• Prior experience implementing a process of efficient workflow systems preferred
