Digital Traffic Manager

Aquent's Client is seeking a Temporary Contractor with Traffic Manager experience. The Traffic Manager will add value to Client's business by creating and maintaining a framework for tracking resource capacity and project demand. Initially this role will create the process and tools needed for resource capacity tracking and establishing changes to team processes to support this type of tracking. Ongoing, this role will support the development and delivery of resource plans and project demand hours. Provide support and accurate information to all levels of management in relation to deployment of available resources against project demand. Identify and implement process improvements for the Client's digital Design team.

This position is part of the Client's Internet Sales and Operations Design Team. The Design Team is responsible for copy, wireframes, and creative for client website. They support the business to ensure site content is current, in brand, and delivers a best in class customer experience. This is an extremely fast paced environment delivering highly visible work, both internal and external facing. They are looking for energetic, proactive, and adaptable team members to join their growing team and help them exceed expectations.

Position- Digital Traffic Manager
Duration- 1 year contract engagement
Location- Piscataway, onsite M-F. No opportunity to work remotely
Hourly pay rate- $30-35hr

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Monitor project queue, review new projects for completeness, and assign projects to team members
Represent team on implementation calls
Reporting
Tool (InMotion) Administrator
Update PMO with project assignments
Facilitate Resource Management tracking for designers

Strategic Responsibilities:
Identify patterns impacting the team’s ability to deliver work in a timely fashion for process improvements
Identify efficiencies to be gained and work with the team to implement them
Update reporting as business needs change

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Experience in Creative Agency Operations and Traffic Management
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation
• Knowledge of project/resource/routing tools and their capabilities
• Ability to influence team members during process changes
• Experience within a data intensive organization, ideally within retail/eCommerce, or an environment in which significant volumes of data are regularly used to drive insight.
• A high degree / expert level of competency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
• First class data manipulation and analytical skills
• Strong analytical skills
• A good level of knowledge of workforce management
• The ability to maintain and build capacity planning and resource planning models along with models to support their functioning
• The ability to communicate clearly to people at various levels
• Experience using InMotion
