Digital Traffic Coordinator

The ideal Digital Traffic Coordinator is a quick learner, has a great attitude, can work in a fast paced environment that is comfortable learning new workflow systems and project management tools, has a facility for communicating across teams, and is able to juggle competing priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Update project schedules
Ensure approvals at each stage of the project, as the process dictates
Regularly communicate the status of all projects
Maintain impeccable record of the team’s managed work to track progress
Archive and maintain agency client mechanicals/original artwork, digital file backups, and photo files according to defined agency process
Assist with the gathering and trafficking of agency materials
Facilitate the exchange of information across agency departments
Help drive projects through to completion
Act as a liaison across the creative, client service, and event production teams, and works to ensure the agency delivers on client goals and expectations.

Skills and traits required:

2+ years traffic/production experience, preferably in an agency setting
Exposure to print, production and digital marketing materials
Demonstrated successful management of projects including deliverables by deadlines and within budget
Strong workflow, management, planning, problem solving, and communication skills
Keen eye and acute attention to detail
Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Advanced skill level in MS Office; experience with Microsoft Share Point is desirable.
