Aquent has an immediate contract to hire opportunity for a Digital Traffic Coordinator with a top-tier Fortune 500 company located in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate should have both digital and advertising agency experience. Digital Traffic Coordinator with strong communications and organizational skills to assign and track project workload across all brands. The focus is on digital creative and website development and the role will be assigning and tracking work to developers, designers, and copywriters. The Digital Traffic Coordinator will also work closely with the Digital Project Management team to receive project assignments and communicate team workload and capacity. Responsibilities Gathers and accepts project task requests from the project management team, ensures all required information is provided and then assigns to available and appropriate team member(s). Consults with team managers on assignments as needed to confirm project fit. Tracks daily progress on project assignments and checks in with team members to enforce deadlines. This includes day to day monitoring to confirm team members are on track. Runs check-in meetings with teams (Design/Copy/CMS editors, Tech/QA, Project Management) to keep them informed on assignments, status updates, team availability, schedules, and vacations. Keeps team assignment spreadsheet up to date. Maintains studio project list and ensures data is up to date for leadership review meetings. Monitors ticketing system and follow up with teams to update/resolve/close tickets. Reports weekly team workload status to manager, maintaining a clear picture of team capacity and workload. Anticipates and provides early warning for periods when workload may surpass capacity and additional resources are required as well as when workload is low and team members are light on assignments. Escalates scheduling and project priority conflicts to managers as needed. Assists with maintenance and archiving of project files in Box. Helps team members with any procedures relating to traffic and production.
