Digital /Technical Project Manager

The Digital Producer will be responsible for the implementation of digital projects with our client, with a specific remit for North America eCommerce delivery and marketing research and analytics.

The Digital Producer will drive collaboration with client stakeholders (sales team, brand, marketing, etc.) and other ITS teams (infrastructure, security, etc.) to ensure the correct technology and processes are in place to deliver timely and high quality digital solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Accountable for successful activation of eCommerce capabilities in North America
• Accountable for successful ongoing operational support of eCommerce capabilities in North America (direct to consumer websites, Buy Now, PCI compliance, payment gateways etc)
• Accountable for supporting the North America marketing and research analytics applications which empower our sales team
• Engage ITS Business Partners and Capability Leads, Business Stakeholders & Digital Agencies in the clarification of business requirements and ensure completeness of requirements specifications
• Engage with Business Partners, SI Vendors, North America Technical Lead to maintain operational excellence in eCommerce, marketing research and analytics
• Review business requirements documentation defined by the business and agency partners
• Accountable for ensuring first level operational functional and technical support queries are responded to with appropriate urgency by the digital production team, outside vendors, business and/or agencies
• Prepare project communication documents such as meeting minutes, status reporting etc. and share with digital production and business teams
• Engage with all development teams on compliance to development standards and vulnerability remediation for site delivery
• Measure and improve the performance of all parties in the delivery of digital production (e.g. cost, schedules, quality, standards and ongoing operations)
• Accountable for vendor/partner integration processes and execution
• Accountable for client support which may include tactical engagement and budget management /planning
• Measure and recommend improvement opportunities on eCommerce sites, brand sites, social media apps, mobile apps, etc. performance vs business metrics / KPIs
• Measure and recommend improvement opportunities on the marketing research tools used by the North America sales team to drive our shelf management with brick and mortar retailers
• Collate statistics on site / social media / apps success measures and provide analysis to Business Partner for digital strategy definition
