For one of our clients we are looking for a Digital Strategy Manager.

The digital strategy manager will drive the ambition for the client, ensuring consistency in the customer experience over all touch-points, deliver capabilities to exceed customer expectations and to drive breakthrough innovations both towards customers as well as internal/operational processes. Ultimate ambition is to connect with all their customers through digital interactions.

Requirements for the role:

- Academic level through degree or experience
- Digital native, E- commerce, web 3.0, digital technologies
- Leadership and strategic ability in a very dynamic environment in which customer behaviour and technological developments are hard to predict
- Track record in Innovation
- Experience in managing and guiding teams
- Demonstrated experience with organization development and implementation

- Self starter – strong in establishing relationships, independent, pro-active, flexible
- Excellent influencing skills and an ability to forge effective working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and seniority
- Excels in interpersonal - and organizational sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning, decision and execution
- Delegation and Communication
