Digital Strategist

The Enterprise Growth Customer Lifecycle Management Team is looking for a highly skilled and passionate digital strategist contractor to leverage Omniture (and other tools) to develop digital tagging and reporting strategies. This role will be critical to drive engagement, spend, and a stellar customer experience for alternative banking products.


The Digital Strategist Contractor will be responsible for:
· liaison with marketing, technology, outside consultants and the business to understand the business’ needs and ensure optimal Omniture implementation, tagging, and tracking strategies

· working with development teams, QA teams, product teams and analytics functions to conduct in depth Omniture reporting, deep dive analytics, and promote new exciting digital opportunities

· managing projects with an outside vendor to implement new tagging strategies



Key competencies for this individual will be:
· a deep knowledge of technical aspects of Omniture including execution of tagging, test and target and DMP.

· ability to define digital tagging strategies to ensure reporting provides deep insights on customer digital behaviors and future strategy optimization

· partner with key functional areas to develop and execute strategies

· ability to remain flexible on evolving project / business priorities


Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 3-4 years experience in digital analytics and packaging insights/recommendations
- 2-3 years online experience with a focus on web analytics and/or optimization and direct involvement with AB/MVT testing - Significant hands-on experience with web analytics platform(s) - Omniture SiteCatalyst, Test & Target and Insight highly required
- Thorough understanding of online marketing and web metrics and experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, social - Experience in a disciplined test/learn environment that includes both paid media and site side activity
- Solid understanding of digital marketing across display, affiliate, social, SMS and emerging channels
- Demonstrated ability to use insights and analytics to driving customer engagement. - Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills. Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications (ie. Excel)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects
- Proven track record of success and ability to consistently deliver against/exceed performance goals - Proven ability to interact with senior management and present actionable findings
- Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick/DART. Solid experience leveraging and connecting DoubleClick data and Site side data to articulate performance a plus
- Working knowledge of SAS or comparable statistical modeling tool a plus. Knowledge of SQL a plus Education: BS or a BA degree required, MBA preferred.
