Digital Strategist

We need a different kind of strategist. One who inspires others with their creativity and enthusiasm for the digital space. You should be just as comfortable researching human insights to presenting concepts and ideas to C-Level clients.

 

Some Tasks You May Be Doing

  • Conducting and analyzing research and data to generate insights, and then transforming those insights into executable digital marketing concepts
  • Finding the needle in the haystack of client data to determine their business challenges and connect the dots on how to persuade consumer action
  • Building strategy plans, roadmaps, personas, and white papers of varying complexity while still being understandable by non-marketers
  • Working with creative teams, UX/UI experts, producers, and technology team members to bring those strategies and concepts to life
  • Participating in agile sprints while maintaining a view of the bigger brand/client picture
  • Captaining the strategic ship on projects to ensure decisions are made in the best interest of the consumer and the client’s business objectives
  • Teaching and mentoring co-workers and clients on the latest and greatest in digital (not just the shiny objects, but defining how the new can be useful)
  • Staying current on industry trends and best practices across social, mobile, generic web, digital marketing platforms, and the ever-growing IOT and ability to back it up by writing white papers to share internally and with clients
