Digital Strategist

Seeking a rock start Digital Strategist to help grow, enhance, and implement our energy client's digital channel strategy - working on the overall customer experience via web and mobile.

This digital strategist will work closely with various partners and stakeholders (including but not limited to Marketing, IT, and Corporate Communications) to create and implement a digital strategy across all of their self-service channels. And, they will help define and create a strategy by bringing together corporate and business goals and objectives, digital trends, business processes, and customer needs.

This individual should have strong written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills, the ability to think creatively, experience collaborating with multiple groups (both internally, and externally), and proficiency in implementing multi-channel strategies.

Familiarity with all of the following:
• Universal design principles, basic marketing principles, Google Analytics, SEO, road-mapping, data analysis, benchmarking, consumer and digital trends
• Web and mobile platforms and content management systems
• Help turning business objectives and end-user needs into digital strategies/initiatives by collaborating with partners to provide requirements, and expectations of business value
• Participate in customer experience mapping to capture and express how end-users currently interact with our channels, and to envision the ideal future state
• Participate in team brainstorming to determine what, when and how our clients can engage to drive adoption, retention and satisfaction across all of our channels.
• Bachelor Degree in related field (Marketing, IT, Graphic Design, Digital, Communications or related fields; at least 5+ yrs related industry work without degree.)
