Online Marketing – Digital Strategist & Product Owner

Required Skills (include education, proficiency level and/or minimum # of years of experience, tools, software applications, etc. Please list in order of most to least importance):
• Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on e-commerce, web development, and/or mobile development projects
• Exhibits impeccable interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills required to work with stakeholders, digital agency partners, technology delivery partners, and Leadership across a variety of disciplines.
• Excels at critical thinking as applied to business needs and appropriate online solutions.
• Proven ability to problem solve when met with timeline, budget, technical and other constraints/roadblocks.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver against the full online development processes (from discovery to design and through to test & deploy)
• Highly solution/goal oriented.
• Possesses technical familiarity needed to understand underlying technology, systems, architecture, and existing functionality of various areas/products across digital portfolio and platforms.
• Familiarity with online user experience best practices, requirements and design deliverable artifacts, usability testing approaches, and web development methodology (waterfall, agile, lean, etc.).
• Ability to manage digital agency partners to meet deliverables and project objectives.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Is self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Brings a fun-loving attitude and enjoy working in teams.

Preferred Skills (skills that would be beneficial but are not required):
• Experience working with JIRA, MSFT Project, and MSFT Visio, a plus
• Experience with mobile ecommerce and user experience projects

Job Responsibilities & Expectations of Employee (i.e., on-call/pager, shift work, extended hours, travel expectations):
• Primary role is to serve as marketing/business product owner for online e-commerce development project(s) to deliver user friendly, innovative, on-brand digital experiences that meet UX/Digital strategic goals, business objectives, timeline and budgets by working with business stakeholders, designers/digital agencies and technology delivery partners.
• Online projects may include but not restricted to desktop, mobile, and tablet.
• Casts vision/strategy and sets business objectives for cross departmental project team
• Meets with business stakeholders and analysts to understand and synthesize online business needs.
• Turns complex problems and understanding of business requirements into simple and engaging user experiences for the web, tablet and mobile.
• Works with UI designers (in-house and agency partners) to outline and guide online design changes and enhancements.
• Accurately and thoroughly documents project scope, meeting notes and action items, business requirements, for online project.
• Multi tasks across several concurrent work streams in various stages of the project life cycle.
• Manages agency partners and stakeholders to timelines and deliverables.
• Escalates project issues and roadblocks to leader(s) in timely fashion.
• Maintain composure and professionalism at all times with all departments and partners
• Meets frequently with Technology developers throughout development process to ensure adherence to specs and refine requirements.
• Conducts and facilitates user acceptance testing for developed solutions.
