Digital Strategic Planning - Business Analyst

Digital Strategic Planning Business Analyst Description:

This position supports the work of the Strategic Planning group within Digital Experience Center and the development of the regional digital strategic plans.

The individual will be responsible for supporting Regional Leads with a variety of tasks including synthesizing and framing information to support the strategic planning process, documenting minutes, and providing support to develop regional digital priorities.

Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update PowerPoints decks for Regional Governance Meetings, Document minutes at Regional Governance Meetings, Gather information from regions on best practices for digital initiatives (i.e. questionnaires, patient entered data, etc)
2. With direction of Strategic Plan team, ensure collaborative review of analysis and reports with key stakeholders to get broader and deeper perspective on issues, findings, etc
3. Manage regional leads' joint project schedules, timelines, and update throughout the project as necessary
4. Maintain regional meeting calendar and develop meeting materials for weekly team check-in meetings
5. Able to track down action items, report on project milestones and deadlines
6. Participate in maintenance of strategic models which may include: assessment of market conditions, competitive pressures, business challenges and help surface key issues, risks, opportunities for our organization

Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. SAS and SQL, Tableau preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role
3. Strong computer skills including strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of Project Management Platforms (i.e. office, Google Drive, etc.)
4. Strong communication skills, listening skills and excellent presentation and business writing skills (proofreading, organizing written documents, etc)

Desired Skills:
1. Prior healthcare experience
2. Knowledge of and commitment to the
mission and model of care delivery

Soft Skills:
1. Works well under pressure and creative problem solver
2. Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to effectively work in a fast past environment • Strong team player, experience working collaboratively as part of a team 3.
Ability to synthesize valuable discussions from noise
