Digital Sales Services Analyst

We're seeking a Digital Sales Service Analyst for a long-term contract with one of our entertainment clients in NYC.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of work experience in relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance, media)
- Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and reporting results in a clear and effective manner
- Proven ability to communicate and partner with various other groups within an organization to get results such as Sales, Billing, Finance, etc.
- Self-starter able to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of work experience in online advertising industry
- Experience with ad systems, financial planning & analysis systems (FreeWheel), sales management systems, and billing systems strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts like deferred revenue, recognized revenue and billed revenue

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Media Math and the process used to fulfill digital advertising campaigns
- Excellent Excel skills including but not limited to the construction of formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships of trust
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven management and organization skills
- Ability to design, implement and improve processes
- Ability to deliver work product on time and accurately
- Ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment
- Should be detail oriented and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Strong team player
