Digital Sales Program Manager

As part of the eCommerce and Digital Business Team, the Program Manager will play a pivotal role in working closely with cross-functional business leaders to drive readiness activities to support the Digital Sales program globally. The Program Manager will be responsible for delivering executable plans across teams and against business goals, and seamlessly interfacing with operational and functionality-focused teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for communicating program status to key stakeholders, and driving the execution of all of the business-side components. 


Principal duties and responsibilities: 
• Drives the end-to-end business-side execution of readiness activities, supporting creation and launch of order entry tools and programs for Inside Sales teams. 
• Serve as eCommerce and Digital Business liaison to worldwide Inside Sales Hub teams. These teams, along with the software end-users, are your customers. 
• Ensure alignment and effective working relationships across program streams and engagement with key business resources, managing for dependencies and influencing change where needed 
• Define agendas, facilitate meetings, and deliver presentations as needed 
• Support Inside Sales agents on training and on capturing follow-up action items and business requirements for future project phases, in order to better operationalize the program 
• Provide project management to support local marketing efforts and evangelize the programs in-country, as needed 
• Do all of the above with a "customer first" mindset to ensure that what's being delivered results in an exceptional customer experience 

In order to be successful: 
• Experience with Business Transformation projects/programs for a SaaS (software as a service) product based company or consultancy 
• Experience implementing strategies from upper management and developing programs of work around business initiatives and deliverables 
• Stakeholder management experience in large, complex cross functional/matrix organizations, who are geographically dispersed 
• Understanding of both Business and IT knowledge areas related to SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, contact center operations 
• Action oriented. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; experience in both process and solution development 
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of professional experience in project/program management or consulting 
• MBA or Project Management certifications are nice to have, but not required
