our digital team. We are looking for several smart recruiters to help us grow
the business and continue to keep our clients and candidates happy. You
need to be passionate about the digital industry, you need to be a hard
worker and have a collaborative, quality-driven approach to recruitment.
We are fortunate that we have lots of exciting clients who want to work
with us, so while there will be clear business development targets, you
will not be expected to make cold sales calls to people who don't want
to work with us. We enjoy being part of the digital
community and nearly all of our business is developed through personal
referrals. We are always looking to grow our knowledge of the digital
and creative industry so that we can advise our clients and candidates
on key trends.
Your day to day activities will be to interrogate the brief, to really get under the skin of a client's
objectives and business plans. You will face to face interview
candidates of exceptional quality and really understand their
motivations to work within a new role or project. You will have
excellent matching skills and be able to follow all of these stages
throughout the process with precision.
