Technologies that a candidate must have:
• Double Click tools, Google Analytics

MUST HAVE 2-3 years of digital media experience and data management systems
• Marketing experience is not critical for this role
• 3 years of PM experience

Preferred:
Digital Advertising/Digital Media Industry
Big Digital publisher/Agency - example AOL, Yahoo, etc
Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred
3 years digital media experience and data management systems
3 years client facing experience
Analytical Skills (to perform certain math functions i.e. able to calculate lift)
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Ad Serving Tools

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights for impactful optimizations and to drive up-sells
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Strong project management skills
- Media planning capabilities
- Display advertising experience

• This is the Media Team for a large online retail and e-commerce company and we are responsible for selling to brands advertising that runs across our portfolios sites
• This person will be assisting with specific projects

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for?
• Developing Sales Collateral (building Decks/media plans)
• Answering customer questions
• Project Management


Pre-sale:
• Assist in creating media plans/spec sheets in Excel partnering with Ad team
• Campaign management/data entry into internal tools (SalesForce, DSM, Cornerstone)
• Generate internal Insertion Orders
• Verify and book inventory in campaign management systems (Dart Sales Manager, internal proprietary tools)
• Assist in coordinating with Retail teams and AMG
• Assist in project management of custom executions

Post-Sale:
• Monitor campaign delivery to ensure all revenue is captured and there are no reporting discrepancies with third party reporting systems (DFP, DFA, Atlas, etc)
• Provide client pacing reports on an as-needed basis
• Create detailed wrap reports for clients with detailed performance insights
• Provide daily internal pacing reports
• Partner with the Account Managers on the billing and recon process.
• Liaise with Account Management, Business and Accounting teams on media billing reconciliation
• Provide continual Account Related support required skills
