Digital Project Manager (Pharma/Healthcare Agency)

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing digital projects at all stages of the digital
project life cycle and will lead and coordinate the delivery of digital projects. The Digital Project
Manager is the digital deliverables manager for client project work. The selected person will
interface with client teams, as well as internal account management, traffic, creative, editorial/copy
teams to ensure that the digital solution is understood and addresses the customer’s business
requirements.

As a primary member of the Digital team, the Digital Project Manager is responsible project deliverables,
timelines, and budgets. In addition to the project responsibilities, the Digital Project Manager may be
asked to participate as a member of the presales team and help develop the Digital team’s best
practices and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with the team to complete RFP’s project scope, size and price estimates
• Consult with supervisor, internal teams, and client (if applicable) to evaluate individual project needs
and resources
• Collaborate with digital team (UX Designer and Developers) and other internal teams (Account,
Traffic, Strategic Services, Editorial/Copy, and Creative) to develop appropriate digital solutions and
deliverables
• Present digital deliverables to applicable team members for review and approval
• Develop applicable digital project documentation (eg, proposals, project plans, creative briefs,
functional specs, use cases, user personas)
• Responsible for ensuring that all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet
client expectations
• Develop and maintain all project deliverables, including project Charters, budgets, project plans,
issues logs, and change orders
• Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings
• Manage and control project scope and the change control process
• Assure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
• Conduct internal project team meetings and distribute meeting notes to the project team
• Manage the project financials, including weekly resource hours and overall project budget
• Ensure that all project documentation is produced in the standard format, follows internal
documentation processes, and is reviewed and approved before delivery to the client
• Conduct research to share current digital best practices, technologies, design principles, and
recommend innovations
• Identify tools, templates, and techniques that evolve existing approaches
• Review and test all digital deliverables with keen attention to detail and quality
