Our client, a global leader in the consumer electronics space, with deep roots in music and pop culture is seeking a Digital Project Manager (email) for up to a 12–month assignment.

In this assignment, you will help drive and execute consumer reactivation, retention and advocacy, through the creation of engaging online consumer marketing and email programs.

Candidates should have measurable experience in marketing and development of digital communications, with a heavy focus on email marketing and CRM. This role requires deep experience managing email marketing programs from concept to delivery.

Key Qualifications
• 5+ years experience managing Email, CRM, Loyalty or Direct Marketing programs.
• 3+ years in project management / strong project management background preferred.
• Strong knowledge in varied digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, digital media, mobile and web analytics.
• Strong knowledge of various email / CRM software.
• Strong knowledge of customer analysis, profiling, segmentation, program tracking & evaluation, and test design.
• Good understanding of database technology.
• Strategic thinker, highly data-driven and results-focused.
• Self-starting with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient in Keynote, Excel, and Word.

Description
• Oversee the creation and delivery of global email and consumer programs.
• Plan and track global roll-out of all email and consumer programs, integrating closely with wider brand email and campaign initiatives.
• Create and manage quality assurance processes, test plans and oversee the flawless execution of email programs.
• Manage creative delivery, from concept to completion across internal teams and agencies.
• Leverage an understanding of customer data to identify insights, and help inform relevant customer segment and opportunities.
• Partner with Database and Analytics teams to ensure all desired elements are tracked, perform reporting analysis of campaigns and develop recommendations to optimize future performance.
• Be the gatekeeper to data, including list creation, process and approvals.
• Inform and manage the creation of the Consumer Programs dashboard.
• Manage future Consumer Programs data integrations.
• Help train and oversee email production vendors / agencies / tools.
• Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize process.

Education
• BA or BS degree preferred
