Digital Project Manager/ Digital Content Manager

Our client, a top Global Wealth Management Company is seeking a talented Digital Project Manager/ Digital Content Specialist to lead aspects of a newly-launched document management and intranet content program called Content Connect. You will serve as an administrator, intranet super-user, subject matter expert, support resource and content owner coach among other duties that are to be further defined.

You must have fluency in next-generation digital tools across web, social and mobile, as well as cost-effective foundational providers, and can advocate for user experience (UX) standards that improve customer experience while also helping to mitigate risk.

This role will report to the Content Connect Product Owner / VP of Digital Marketing for Global Wealth Management (GWM).

So let’s review some of the responsibilities:

• Serving as point of contact for Content Owners/ Users
• Partner with global liaisons, technology teams and digital marketing partners
• Influencing the platform feature roadmap and escalating issues
• Make non-material changes in documents (e.g. raw data/statistics)
• Edit taxonomy of the site, if needed/approved
• Communicate with Tech Support to grant access to Users and address access rights issues
• Perform QA guidelines/rules sample checks of display non-material metadata: Titles, Topics
• Perform QA Compliance sample checks of display material metadata: Intended Use, Region for Use, Expiration Date pulled from ECM approval codes
• Propose, advocate for, and actualize through internal risk management processes an approach to sharing thought leadership and general content within an intranet too
• Support web content management and content strategy project activities including documenting processes, tagging articles and migrating/publishing digital content

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of digital program operations experience – ideally in regulated industries such as financial services,
• Experience managing concurrent, complex digital programs through successful delivery, including prioritization and tradeoffs among features, user experience and performance.
• Experience in integrating content into multiple distribution channels (web platforms)
• Strong interest in and passion for actionable ideas on how technology and digital media can further an organization's business goals
• Effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional resources to deliver and market online products
• Advanced understanding of web analytics and metrics
