Digital Project Manager (Contract-Hire)

Vitamin T has a great client seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager. The Digital Project Manager must have a few years experience, and has worked with PM software and understands the daily needs of setting timelines, organizing, and working with multiple departments to make sure projects are finished on time, scope, and budget. They also need to have the technical knowledge and ask the right questions, understand technical requirements, and add value to create a process within an agency that is experiencing the growing pains of becoming more digitally focused. They need to be eager, with a desire to continually add value and grow into their own as a rock-solid PM.

Must have experience working with interactive projects and understand technology, but be eager to learn and trainable.They will be In charge of a large scale web build with an outside vendor, keeping that team on task and evaluating gaps on their part plus needs from the internal team. Candidate needs to be well versed in different types of digital projects: emails campaigns, banner ads, integrated campaigns involving multiple digital touch points: social, mobile, etc. and landing pages. Also they need to have experience with website development form start to finish: Discovery, Information Architecture, User Experience, Visual Design and Programming. This is a must (many organizations have different processes and terms they use, but they must posses the knowledge of what it takes to complete a website from start to finish). Individual needs to be highly organized, fast learners, and attentive to the digital/creative teams¹ needs. Agency experience is a plus due to the fast pace and project juggling needed.

Responsibilities:
* This role will be the bridge between the account team and digital strategy/creative teams
*inform each account lead of expectations concerning timing and their budgets
*Properly understand the allocation of creative/digital resources
* Work with all teams in creating final timelines for each digital project
* Work closely with the VP, Digital Strategy & Design (me) in planning for resources and creating an agency snap-shot of all digital work.
* Keep the VP, Digital informed of a day-to-day basis on new projects and shifts in current projects, as they can be very fluid.
