Digital Project Manager, Consumer Acceleration Team

Our client is seeking a candidate to be a part of their Digital part of their Consumer Acceleration Team, located in our Stamford Headquarters. This person will report to the IS/IT Digital Marketing Team Lead.

This position will support the execution of key digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will focus on two key areas: 1.) Support direct-response acquisition activities for the client's delivery business to achieve aggressive growth targets, and 2.) Support the client's objective of “Winning in Search" by helping to execute Paid and Organic Search initiatives across their portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:
In a team of three, will be apart of the technical Digital Marketing Team.

From day to day they will be responsible for:
• Gathering business requirements by partnering with various business stakeholders across multiple channels
• Project Management: creating timelines, aligning with stakeholders, communicating project status with IT and stakeholders, shepherding the project forward to meet deadlines and budget
• Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders with regards to IT/IS related projects to advise on all project related activity (see above)
• Create Use Cases as needed and manage UAT
• Providing organization and timelines to full technical support teams and thought leadership across many digital touch points.

Examples of project management direction for the following team's initiatives:
1. Redesign Brand websites
2. Multiple Brand Campaigns (Nutrition and Fitness campaigns)
3. Implement a new CMS
4. Develop and implement new ways of working process and tools such as the new Office 365 Microsoft Planner


Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Project Management
• Experience working through complex projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate technical projects and be a liaison between the technical team and digital marketing team.
• Good communication skills - this is a customer facing role.
• Ideal candidate will be confidant, coachable and have the ability to flex their style.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (Google Analytics a must and other digital channel, i.e, SEO, Mobile a PLUS)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets
• Trafficking to/from stakeholders (marketing teams a must)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to business
• Results-driven and detail-oriented by nature
• Bachelors degree not required but a PLUS
• Solid Microsoft Office/Excel skills
