Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for keeping everything aligned with the client's digital consumer experience. The role of the Digital Program Manager is to assist the digital team in managing projects including websites, microsites, digital advertising, social media, lead management, etc.

This position works cross-functionally (internally and externally) to formulate project scope and objectives and effectively coordinates activities across the team, ensuring all needed assets, resources, costs, milestones and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals.


Participate in all project activities including technology requirements gathering, identifying legal and business constraints, roll-out strategy, collaborating on the content and presentation of key deliverables, and sharing & documentation of best practices.

Work with digital and associated providers to estimate costs, timing, and rough forecasting or ROI for any new project initiative.

Interface with existing system and outside providers to pull required data and create reports for each project or establish reporting requirements for new providers and partners.

Requirments:
BA Degree.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.

Experience with MS Project or other similar project management software.

Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Understanding of retail sales processes and analysis (automotive preferred).
