This delivery expert is an advanced practitioner of the Art and Science of Program Management. He/she specializes in managing the creation of deliverables used in large, complex performance marketing campaigns (Affiliate, Display), strategic planning, usability testing, and user-experience design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate measurable success working collaboratively the Client Services, Creative, Performance Marketing, Strategy, and Technology teams to effectively manage resources, scopes, and schedules to produce deliverables of utmost quality that delight our clients. He/she should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures and a history of successful digital agency campaign management.

Job Description
• Gather project documentation and capture requirements from all functional stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, provide project status and drive open issues to resolution.
• Present status updates on portfolio of initiatives and own issue resolution for initiatives.
• Analyze, recommend and drive process and program improvements across functional teams.
• Manage project estimations and submit the appropriate resource requests for the subject-matter experts required to deliver projects successfully.
• Deliver approved scope of exceptional quality on time and on budget; conduct change management as necessary to meet internal business requirements.
• Manage project escalations as a problem-solver, applying innovative project management solutions to overcome obstacles effectively and with respect to all stakeholders.
• Participate in business development projects.
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and embrace the opportunity to learn new demand-generation channels that drive eCommerce success for our clients.
