Digital Project Manager

Coordinate the cradle-to-grave execution of a large volume of creative across all digital touch points for three financial services products. Manage complex timelines, work flow, and priorities to ensure on-time and flawless execution of all digital creative. Facilitate execution of creative across multiple stakeholders, including marketing team, agencies, internal LOBs, technical team, and outside partners. Manage operations of websites and online marketing pages for various programs. Create and manage development and production schedules for website updates and email campaigns. Coordinate the workflow and assembly of assets (e.g. copy, images, and documents) for both major initiatives and for day-to-day postings/updates. Manage creative review process, ensuring compliance to legal, brand, and nomenclature guidelines and communicating to relevant partners. QA content updates, oversee implementation, and lead resolution and post-mortem on issues. Coordinate execution of email deployment. Ensure creative and all approvals are properly archived.

Responsibilities:
o Lead digital creative production to deliver quality, error-free creative, in a timely manner, optimized for cost and current technological trends
o Maintenance of production schedules for multiple projects in complex environment, ensuring that all creative deadlines are met
o Coordinate the workflow for major initiatives and day-to-day postings/updates
o Lead & execute creative review process, ensuring compliance to legal, brand, and nomenclature guidelines and communicating to relevant partners
o Follow creative trafficking and approvals process; ensuring creative is properly archived
o Perform QA of content and advertising placements and lead timely resolution and post-mortem on issues
o Configure assembly of assets (e.g. copy, images, video, documents)

o Coordinate digital creative execution across multiple digital vehicles:
- Online search
- Internal and partner websites
- Display advertising
- Email

o Partner with a variety of stakeholders (marketing team, LOBs, agencies, technical resources, outside partners), understanding needs of each to keep creative on track
o Responsible for QA to ensure all digital creative is error-free
o Follow identified QA processes and monitor QA
o Understand regulatory requirements
o Coordinate and resolve any issues with strong sense of urgency

Website Management and Marketing Pages
o Partner with marketing managers to write business and functional site requirements and test/review to ensure final products are built accordingly
o Maintain site plans with input from marketing team for all relevant sites
o Coordinate and oversee site updates, partnering with technical team, agencies and marketing managers
o Maintain knowledge of most current technological/technical trends in order to ensure that digital efforts are up to par
o Ensure tracking is implemented properly for correct reporting

Search and Online Advertising Placement
o Maintain site plans with input from marketing team for all properties where CRM has an advertising presence
o Oversee ad serving activities
o Oversee development of advertising results (using DART)

Email Communications
o Coordinate email deployment
o Ensure tracking is implemented properly for correct reporting
