Digital Project Manager

Manages Project Managers and staff in the planning and implementation of multiple projects across the organization. Act as intake manager for incoming digital marketing project requests.

Key Responsibilities
-Evaluate and prioritize projects based on corporate objectives Assign projects to team members based on resource availability, competence and experience
-Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests; explore opportunities to add value to Digital Marketing team.
-Build partnerships with global teams and internal stakeholders
-Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables and identify risks
-Provide leadership to project management team, assist in problem resolution
-Manage high level projects
-Develop full scale project plans
-Manage project resource allocation
-Plan and schedule project timelines
-Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
-Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
-Ensure the timely and quality development and distribution of deliverables
-Utilize established project and program methodology to develop project plans. Where the methodology is not sufficient, create and augment with new processes and establish best practices
-Develop and maintain work plans that consider the priorities, key milestones, time estimates, task sequencing and identification of tasks that may be performed concurrently to achieve objectives.
