Digital Project Manager

Reporting to the Exec Dir of Design UX and Dev, the Digital Project Manager is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital/web&mobile experiences across all properties. The Project Manager will work with design, business, product, technical and other cross functional teams to plan, prioritize, organize, monitor, and oversee one or more projects to requirements and quality specifications, on-time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from beginning to end.
• Work with manager to define project scope, goals, deliverables and tasks that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Using appropriate tools, plan and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and head off potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Provides strategic and tactical direction across all projects/programs including prioritization organization/staffing, scheduling, resource leveling.
• Conduct project post mortems and provide recommendations to improve future projects
• Communicates status of all projects to Management.
• Recommends/evaluates tools to improve the overall project process/efficiency.

Experience and Requirements:
• Prior logistics management experience of launching successful web
• Experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project resources and initiatives.
• Knowledge of agile development and scrum team environment.
• Strong requirements documentation, facilitation and consensus building skills working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Must be able to analyze, learn, and apply new business processes and development methodologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical resources effectively and proactively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience and deep understanding of the process of creating a successful digital product from beginning to end.
• Familiarity with agile development methodology
• Prior experience working with online interactive products at creative agencies/firms/studios.
