Digital Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Project Manager who is driven and passionate about all things digital to join their growing agency. One who stays abreast of technology and its potential applications. One who is detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. One who possesses strong oral and verbal communication skills. One who wants to work in an evergrowing, ever-evolving, fast-paced CREATIVE environment! This role will lead teams creating solutions and content across multiple platforms, including responsive web design, CMS-driven websites, mobile apps and emerging platforms. The position works closely with the team of strategists, creative directors, information architects, designers, and developers. The ideal candidate knows how to deliver solutions that exceed client and team expectations on time and on budget – while having fun doing it!

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively work with a cross-functional team to organize, plan, develop and deliver digital projects in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with discipline leads and project teams to execute on the strategic roadmap to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to scope and progress in schedule and budget
• Act as single point of contact for all teams on a project
• Create project documents, including project plan, scope of work, goals and objectives, constraints, roles and responsibilities, budget and schedule
• Draw on experience and creativity in the use of staffing, tools and technology that will help eliminate project obstacles
• Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully convey varying positions on relevant issues to reach team consensus
• Ensure proper processes and practices are adhered to throughout the project
• Successfully deliver projects on schedule, within specification and budget
• Manage expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team; come prepared to meetings with proper materials/documentation
• Assist with team growth, training and education

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5 years Account / Project Management or Product Owner experience
• Web and application development and maintenance experience
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred
• Experience with Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp, Harvest, or similar tools
• Familiar with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
