Digital Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for financial tracking, coordination of internal and external resources, team communication, record keeping and accuracy of all submissions to clients.

Initiate and maintain standard PM project processes
Collaborate with IA, AD, and Tech on key deliverables and coordinate all kickoffs, handoffs and updates
Lead project meetings and consistently communicate project status, issues and successes to project teams
Vet all new internal proposals developed during course of the project to ensure all necessary documentation needed for proposal client presentations are complete and accurate
Understand and meet team needs including assessing and accessing all client deliverables
Assist Account to work with clients, gather necessary information and ask appropriate questions
Ensure all client deliverables are received, distributed and saved appropriately
Review all client deliverables prior to hand off
Initiate and maintain 3rd party and vendor relationships
Set-up and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects so all deliverables can be met on schedule and within specification and budget parameters
Author and maintain project schedule, cost estimates and change control procedures with input from team members as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Create and maintain project timeline
Identify resources needed and adjust staff plan as needed to ensure appropriate resources are in place throughout each project phase based on project scope and scope changes
Alert Account Management of resource, timing, and scope changes as needed
Identify and document change in scope with issuance of PCNs as necessary
Create and maintain actual reports to keep track of resource billing and avoid overages


CORE COMPETENCIES CRITICAL TO SUCCESS:
Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience a plus but not required

ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS REQUIRED/SOUGHT
Attention to detail and time management to deliver high quality work for multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with agency resources and client partners
Strong presentation and communication skills
