Digital Project Manager

A major beauty company is looking for a Digital Project Manager for a 2-4 month freelance assignment (40 hours a week, on-site) with the potential to extend longer.

The Digital PM will be managing the production team, maintenance of interactive marketing production and launch schedules, acquiring feedback and approvals, construction of launch checklists, and quality assurance of the creative/content. Responsible for the scheduling and tactical production of interactive marketing initiatives. These initiatives include website pages, email and online advertising, product and video assets, animations, and special projects.

This position will be responsible for:
- The creative presentation of LPD brands in all interactive mediums.
- Constant cross function and cross brand communication.
- Defining processes required to gather consensus between multiple internal departments (ie Marketing, Creative, and Legal) and produce the final creative/content to meet their needs.
- Intermittent supervision to maintain a proper corporate direction.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years Digital Project Management experience
- Strong time and team management skills, organization and detail orientation to maintain the quality of both internal and external deliverables
- Sound decision making and interpersonal skills are a necessity
- Strong competence in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Project (very important), Visio, Outlook), Adobe CS6 (Photoshop), and working knowledge of Basecamp and Jira workflow management tools and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Coremetrics).
- The candidate should also have working understanding of various types of digital engagements: website UX & design optimizations (including responsive design), content enhancements, SEO/SEM campaigns, and analytics.
