Digital Project Manager

• Understands all aspects of process within online environment to support ongoing evolution of web site content.
• Works with Account Service, Creative, Developers as well as clients to manage assigned internet projects from inception through completion
• Reviews Statements of Work and estimates, and facilitates Requests for Proposals when necessary
• Creates and manages timelines
• Helps define the technical and creative requirements for projects
• Manages outside partners and helps identify new partners and technology
• Works with Account team to plan launch dates, budgets and map milestones for timely project completion
• Keeps project team informed of project status and issues, and leads weekly status meetings
• Aware of and keeps internal team abreast of technology as it applies to interactive capabilities
• Contributes to Web site analyses, research and competitive reviews
• May participate in agency social media efforts
• Creates purchase orders and pays all invoices for a given web project in a timely fashion
• Works with all areas of Communications (account, creative, management, finance) as well as IT in development and maintenance of web sites and other interactive tools
• Frequent and on-going contact with domestic and international marketing associates and vendors
• Oversees the work of various web creative and development agencies
• Works with web developers/research companies to test web site usability

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Four-year degree required - emphasis in Business, Advertising or Marketing preferred
2. Minimum 2 years of marketing, advertising or web agency experience
3. Excellent project management skills
4. Detail-oriented
5. Good communication skills
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
